OOPS, I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER! WHAT CAN I DO?

Hey, we know, mistakes happen. If you notice an issue with your order after checking out, simply email me right away at champagne.apparel@gmail.com and I’ll work with you to try and get it right.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

I want to get our hot ticket items into your hot hands as fast as possible. So rest assured, when you submit your order, I will process it swiftly and send it out.

Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number.

I WANT TO RETURN MY STUFF! WHAT DO I DO?

I’m happy to issue an exchange or refund if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returned items must be in original condition with tags still attached.
  • If you’re within Canada, you have up to 7 days after delivery to return. (Outside of Canada, you have up to 14 days.)
  • Sorry, there are no refunds on postage costs.
  • No refunds on FINAL sale items.
